South Korea Producer Prices Jump 2.8% In January

(RTTNews) - Producer prices in South Korea increased 2.8% year-on-year in January, faster than the 1.8% increase in the previous month, the Bank of Korea said on Tuesday.
Producer prices of industrial products spiked 3.4% in January, while that of pulp, paper products & publications and textile products & apparel grew 1.7% and 0.8%, respectively.
On a monthly basis, the producer price index climbed 0.7%, adding to the 0.5% increase in the preceding month.
